Designing labels from data
Design one label and let your data fill the rest. Type variables like {{name}}, {{sku}} or {{price}} into any text, and use {{barcode}} or {{url}} as a code’s content — each row of your spreadsheet produces one label.
Choose a common label sheet (A4 21-up, Letter 30-up and others) or set your own page, margins, gutters and label size. Crop marks and bleed are available for professional cutting.
PDFs embed the label artwork at the resolution you choose and draw every barcode and QR code as vector paths, so the codes print crisp on any printer.
Common questions
The presets use the published dimensions of common sheets. Print at 100% (“Actual size”), not “Fit to page”, and print one test sheet on plain paper first.
Yes. Without data, set the number of copies; identical labels are stored once in the PDF, so even a thousand copies stay a small file.
